Terms of Service
Draft, and not yet in force. No payments are taken in the service: a paid plan is switched on by hand, by arrangement outside it. This text becomes a live document once the jurisdiction is chosen, the selling entity is registered and a lawyer has reviewed it — until then it describes an intention, not a transaction.

1. Subject
The provider gives access to the vpsFocus service on the terms of the chosen plan. The service consists of the desktop application, the installer bundles, and the features that run on the provider's infrastructure.
The terms for the software itself are in the licence agreement, and data handling is described in the privacy policy. Both documents form part of these terms.
2. Plans
Current plans and what they include are published on the pricing page. The free plan has no time limit and no limit on the number of sites or servers; it does not require an account. The paid plan opens the features that run on the provider's infrastructure.

3. Payment
Payment currently happens outside the service. No payment processing is connected. A paid plan is switched on by the provider by hand after a separate arrangement; its expiry date is recorded on the account and visible in your account page.
Once a payment provider is connected, this section will describe payment methods, when the service is considered delivered, how invoices and receipts are issued, automatic renewal, and how to opt out of it.
4. Term and renewal
A paid plan runs until the date shown in your account page. After it passes, the account keeps working on free plan terms: nothing is deleted, the stack on your servers does not stop, but the paid features stop working.
When the term ends, the paid features stop working. Nothing already installed or connected is deleted, and the stack on the customer's servers keeps running: it does not need the provider's infrastructure for that.
5. Refunds
Refund terms: [REFUND TERMS]. Until payment processing is connected, refunds are handled through the same arrangement by which the plan was switched on.
6. Liability
The provider's liability is limited as described in the licence agreement. The provider is not responsible for the availability of the customer's own servers, the actions of their hosting provider, or the availability of third-party services used by the stack.
7. Changes
The provider may change the plans and the terms. Changes that worsen the position of a customer who has already paid do not apply until the end of the paid period. Material changes are announced to the account's email address at least [NOTICE PERIOD] in advance.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are resolved [DISPUTE RESOLUTION].
